To clean the outer shell of the helmet use Diluted mild soap in water. Apply it to a soft cloth or sponge, and gently wipe. Most of the helmets have removable liners and padding. There are no size criteria for the visor. It is differentiated as per the helmet models.
How to change the size of the Helmet?

The inner lining changes as per the size, so if you wish to change the size of your helmet (e.g.: from medium to large), then the inner padding or lining has to be changed according to the desired size to some extent (size +1 or -1 can be done). However, the size of the helmet (the outer shell) remains the same for all the models.
